    Deposits open July 10th, 2026. This is for half of the total amount. The remainder is invoiced when your beef ships.

  • Fill your freezer

    Your beef is ready in September/October 2026. We ship your beef FREE to your doorstep.

About Us

Stewardship - the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one's care.

Here at Paddock Provisions we want to steward the land, the animals, and our relationship with you to the best of our ability.

2012: Our journey to get where we are today began when Kelli had some health challenges and over the course of time discovered eating nourishing foods made the biggest impact on the way she felt.

2016: This sent us down a path of wanting to raise REAL food for REAL people so with our friends/neighbors, the Siemsen family, we began C&S Farms raising grass-fed and finished beef.

2020: We added pastured poultry.

2026: Here we are today continuing the journey as Paddock Provisions with the hope to bring more nutrient dense foods to you and continuing to steward the land, the animals, and our relationship with you.
